The MagPulse is not a medical device, and is not approved by the FDA. No doctor-patient relation is created, or any similar type of relation. No party involved in the sale of the device is licensed to practice medicine. The device is not a substitute for medical care by a licensed physician.

Seller warrants that the device will produce pulsed magnetic fields. Seller's sole and exclusive liability, and Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy, for breach of this warranty is a refund of the original purchase price of the device. SELLER EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF (1) MERCHANTABILITY OR (2) FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The buyer agrees that the device will be used for amusement or experiment, and that the buyer makes no reliance on any assertions of medical efficacy by any party whatsoever.

The seller has referred to published reports, including reports on physiological experiments involving pulsed magnetic fields. The sole purpose of this reference is to assist the buyer in undertaking the buyer's own research. Because of the experimental nature of the device, seller expressly disclaims any assertion that the device can predictably, reliably, or repeatedly, reproduce any results in those reports.

Technical Concern
Do not use the MagPulse directly over your heart or brain. Technical literature has reported that extremely intense pulsed magnetic fields can stimulate muscle activity. Hence, unintended heart or brain activity might be stimulated by the induced electrical field of the MagPulse.
